The customer must have the SuperOffice Analyze PRO platform, and licenses, to be able to run (and create) custom made dashboards.

Yes. Contact our support and request the content package for offline installation and we will send you a file you can import.

SuperOffice Analyze (5)

It is the e-mail address for the logged on user that are used. Note that the default e-mail address for the “baadmin” user is support@businessanalyze.com.

You should change this by going to: System Administration -> Organisation -> Users

To support this you must enable a SuperOffice Satelitte and synchronize data to a Microsoft SQL Server and point SuperOffice Analyze toward the MS SQL Server database.

The customer must have the SuperOffice Analyze PRO platform, and licenses, to be able to run (and create) custom made dashboards.

Since we read the data directly from the SuperOffice database, the change will automatically be reflected on the dashboards.

But if you have created an organization and groups in the Analyze PRO manually, you must make the same changes on the Analyze PRO user too.

If you are importing users from SuperOffice into the Analyze platform using our synchronization utility, the changes will be automatically updated in the Analyze platform.

SuperOffice Analyze reads directly from the database. But there is a security system built in which make it possible to customize which data each person should have access too.
